- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Worst experience of our life!! They don't know what they are doing at all. They did not ask for all the information they needed for closing. We paid $500 for 5 signatures and they left the room. They forgot an important part of their job- wire the money for a sale. Had to call them. Then they put sale down as real estate to report to the IRS- which was NOT REAL ESTATE!!!! Dumbest people n the world!! Then we had to pay an attorney and a CPA to straighten it out because once it goes to the IRS- it takes even more thousands of $$$$$ to straighten it out. I had told them it was incorrect and they said no, it was done right. Her reply was, oh I made a mistake and will correct it. No apology what so ever. If there is any other title company near Aspen- Use them. Run as fast as and far away from these people as you can. Then I heard Aspen was the drunkest town I the nation- guess that's why they screwed up so badly@!!!February 02, 2017by Yancy Grace
