- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I recently made a purchase for my elderly dog. I couldn't bring him from Boulder, Co. Arriving home I found out that the collar didn't fit. I mailed it back, and the owner informed me that "he does not accept returns and I could get a store credit." His name is "Steve." I would have to drive all the way back to Aspen to use my "credit." This is a four hour drive in the summer. I'm inclined to believe that this is his method of keeping tourists money. I even offered to take a fifty percent discount if he would give a full credit. He refused. The collar I purchased can be bought on Amazon for forty percent less than his store price. This store is a roach motel. Once your card is swiped, you can never leave alive.
