- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Doc is nice, staff is ok. It is difficult to get an appointment after school b/c they are so busy. They often have problems with their phones. Each office seems to have a different phone and a physical answering machine that they don't check for a day or more (really???) After 1 year about 20% of our appointments have been canceled or rescheduled by the doctor's office. We're driving up and down the valley, Aspen to Glenwood to get her braces tightened. If we need to reschedule an appointment we usually need to wait an additional 2-3 weeks to get in which is adding up to a LOT longer wearing braces.July 20, 2017by Kimberly McKinley
